Global Banking in compliance with EU and Liechtenstein law
Operating within Liechtenstein, Bittrex Global platform will feature a streamlined token approval process and plans to provide a number of different trading pairs. “The proposed regulatory framework, the Transaction Systems Based on Trustworthy Technologies Act, commonly referred to as the Blockchain Act, is one of the most pioneering blockchain regulations in the world. Bittrex Global looks forward to registering under the Act once it is passed”
states Stephen Stonberg
“The Bittrex Global platform will maintain its own local compliance team to ensure high levels of Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering review.”
Bittrex Global will accept customers from around the world, but is not available in the United States (or to U.S. persons in any country) or to persons where prohibited by applicable law, or to countries subject to various sanctions or legal prohibitions. Bittrex International (Malta) has announced that it will be stopping operations. Existing Bittrex International (Malta) users will be able to join Bittrex Global and use their current credentials. New users will be able to sign up for Bittrex Global when it launches at the end of October.
